French? African? Potted? So much confusion! If you wish to know more about these bright lush flowers, and learn to make them, you will be interested in this new demonstration.
The demonstration will include the making of marigolds at different stages of blooming as well as distinct marigold calyxes and foliage. Think bright corsages and boutonnieres, hat trims and headpieces etc.
This demonstration is suitable for students of any level, however previous experience in flower making is really helpful. You will learn to work with lightweight fabrics for fluffy and airy blooms and how to use leather for making a leather version of this flower.
A number of flower shaping tools is going to be used to achieve the necessary 3D shaping on the flower parts (single knife, extra narrow tool, tweezers etc).
At the end of the talk Svetlana will answer your burning questions, if there are any left.
