A little retro but ever so popular. Meet realistic looking Silk Lilac flowers.
This demonstration is suitable for students of any level. A number of flower shaping tools are required to achieve the necessary 3D shaping on the flower parts.
The demonstration will include the preparation, shaping and assembly of silk lilac buds, flowers and leaves. Svetlana will talk about the choice of fabrics that can be used for the making of these flowers. We will discuss possible finishes, scale and wearability.
At the end of the talk Svetlana will answer your burning questions, if there are any left.
