Now that we have chosen and stiffened the fabrics for this project we can move on and cut out all the necessary parts for the future fabric rose corsage.

Although it sounds simple and intuitive, there are a couple of tricks that you need to know. So before you proceed please watch the video below and not how I am doing it. Every little thing matters when it comes to fabric flower making ☺

I am also showing how to colour a piece of thin silk that is going to be used for backing the leaves and the calyx onto. If you do not want to deal with fabric colours or you have not got them just use some black silk instead (but remember to stiffen it :-D)
