This season inspired sinamay beret with a handdyed silk and velvet parrot tulip is a perfect number for a spring event, wedding or a garden party.
The calmness of the sage green sinamay, the softness of the velvet tulip leaves and its airy and realistically coloured silk petalshave all come together in this truly original piece fit for that special occasion of yours.
The hugger hat has been hand blocked and finished with a hat elastic. The hand dyed silk and velvet tulip flower has been made completely from scratch  using specially selected fabrics that have been hand painted to produce a realistic looking flower.  This spring inspired hat is a perfect gift for any tulip addict.
